Stephanie Coultress O’Neill is an entrepreneur and former family therapist who followed her passion for fashion and now owns several successful retail boutiques in Austin, Texas. Her first retail outlet, estilo, opened in Austin in 2006, followed by estilo Men in 2020 and estilo Kids summer 2023. Stephanie is a lifelong Austinite who continuously gives the community what it needs and meets them where they’re at, from a women’s boutique -strategically opened across from an elementary school and next to a Starbucks to aid convenience after school drop-off, to opening a men’s store that looks like a well-curated men’s closet and a colorful store for kids and tweens when the city didn’t have many options catering solely to this demographic.Stephanie can usually be found styling people at the store and she’s also been the go-to stylist for local celebrities like Chris Harrison, Lauren Zima, Odette and Dave Annable, Olympian Gabby Thomasm the Austin FC soccer team and more. For editorial, Stephanie has dressed people including but not limited to Jamie Lynn Sigler, James Van Der Beek, Gen Padalecki, Iskra Lawrence and Adrian Grenier. She lives in Austin with her husband and two children and enjoys being involved in the community and using her time and resources to give back. If she’s not on the board of a local charity she’s probably hosted a sip & shop fundraiser for them at estilo.
