I have recently started serving as a community member on the Local Planning Panel for Sutherland Shire Council. The LPP reviews and determines contentious, complex, and sensitive local development applications, and provides advice on planning proposals and development applications. My role involves representing the community's perspective on proposed developments, and ensuring that the needs and values of local residents are considered in the decision-making process.As a community member, I am committed to giving back to the community by promoting transparent, fair, and well-informed planning decisions. I collaborate with independent experts from fields like planning, architecture, environment, and law, contributing to developing a sustainable, equitable, and vibrant community for all.

I managed a team of engineers and analysts to investigate opportunities to improve the performance of Sydney's road network. This involved identifying network issues and investigating potential solutions and testing their viability through Strategic to Concept Design planning phases. The team applied economic and traffic appraisals to build business cases from Gate 0 to Gate 3 to secure funding.
