Greeted customers and shared specialized product knowledge on many of the hundreds of refillable products throughout the store. Often worked as the sole cashier of the newly opened Kitchen Staples side of the store. Carried out refill orders and adhered to a zero waste policy. Advised management on safe food handling and storage protocols. Used my flexibility to sub in on the Soap Dispensary side as needed.

Started as a part-time/occasional office assistant and worked to Accounts Receivables Administrator. Listened to queries from customer accounts and used all resources at hand to provide optimal service. Performed collections calls and negotiation with unruly accounts. Applied an average of $40,000 in payments per week to accounting software. Fixed and re-applied over $80,000 of payment processing errors from previous co-worker. Brainstormed streamlining processes with management and created ideas for automation.

Cleaned clients houses, office buildings and Airbnb’s to high professional standards. Built a rapport with my clients. Relationship building and foresight was needed to contemplate ways to customize services to go above and beyond expectations. Carried 40lbs+ of green cleaning supplies while navigating the TTC system as my means of transportation.

Researched elephant conservation and population census methods using photo-identification in Kui Buri National Park. Participated in events building community ties such as a children’s wildlife day. Engaged in conflict resolution situations with villagers concerning land encroachment and wildlife poaching. Fieldwork included performing rejuvenation of grazing areas and watering holes in conjunction with local army and rangers. Taught English to locals of varying ages and abilities
