From my first days in the United States Navy to my current days as Director of Operations at the Warrior Surf Foundation, I've worked diligently to find creative solutions to tough problems. I've been able to fuse my scientific background with my creative background to achieve goals, such as significantly increasing organizational revenue, and growing foundational programs to serve more Veterans and their families. My experiences working in the non-profit space and with Veterans has taught me that all business processes and improvements start with the individual. If you want to succeed, you have to lift your team up and embody the essence of the mission.
