CurrentOversees all internal- and external-facing digital and print creative materials from conception to final delivery; provides creative direction, training, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and partner needs. Translating business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.Direct response, branded response, and habit-forming campaigns.Shop the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it is related to their prospective area of responsibility to establish key objectives for the brand.Work cross functionally with Operations, Sales and Legal to oversee multiple projects and collaborate to meet and exceed company goals. Oversee and creation of any external or internal company brand and/or communication materials. Manage and train our company materials in our DAM software (currently Brandfolder). Copywriting and content development for marketing, operations and sales.
