Advised firms and individuals on the dispositions of their restricted and concentrated stock holdings and executed and settled trades on their behalf as part of the capital markets team. Attended the institutional research meeting every morning, as well as IPO road shows, learning what makes companies great and how the best management teams tell their story. Responsible for calling our clients with pertinent information related to their stock holdings. Involved in the creation of our share buyback business and our enhanced liquidity product for limited partners. After the acquisition of Alex. Brown by Banker’s Trust, worked closely with my new colleagues to learn, pitch and sell their signature derivatives products.

Executive Assistant to two senior partners responsible for all aspects of executing their travel, meetings and workflow. Interacted directly with senior executives, board members, investment bankers and other service providers within growth equity investment firm. Assisted with fund management company accounting including important communications with investors. On my own initiative, studied for and passed the Series 7 exam, providing me with qualifications necessary to trade all types of general securities.
