I was responsible for getting all real estate and loan transactions done on time in order to close as scheduled and do whatever I could to get it done. I inputted the file data into Calyx Point Software and researched extensively to get the best rate quote possible. I assisted the Loan Officers with the loans process to make sure all conditions were met and sent out to the lenders' specifications for both refinance and purchase loans. I answered the phones, took messages, created and designed marketing fliers, letters and forms, and organized the office files.
