• Provide overall and E2E legal advice to Marketing, IT, Real Estate, Ops, HR, Travel, Security, Meetings and events, Sales, Claims, Audit, Ethics and compliance, Risk, Privacy, among others. • Governance of contracts´ process. • Draft, negotiation and approval contracts and all kind of legal documents from purchase process, and sales process (private and government clients, business partners and vendors).• Coordinate and supervise Digital strategy projects implementation.• Responsible for Stakeholders meeting minutes as part of Corporate Governance.• Training for Legal team and employees about Processes and Corporate affairs.• Responsible for general and strategic corporate affairs and coordinator with Outside counsels and Public notaries.• Implement Corporate Policies, Work Methods and supervise their compliance.

• Draft, negotiation and approval contracts and all kind of legal documents from purchase process, and sales process.• Development of Stakeholders meeting minutes (AFORE and Investment companies).• Responsible for general corporate affairs and coordinator with Outside counsels and Public notaries.• Advise about legal issues involving government and regulatory compliance.• Ensure readiness for and assist with regulatory examinations and internal reviews, such as risk and audit.• Answer requests from authorities such as CONSAR, SAT, CONDUSEF, among others.
