Current- Perform tracking and accounting of client’s data in Relativity upon receiving via Physical Storage Media, File Transfer Protocol Applications, or cloud-based repository.
- Routinely achieve 100% successful monthly completion of over 200 intake requests across 60 projects.
- Reorganize and reprioritize work plan to accommodate changing priorities/deadlines focusing on details and quality.
- Manage issues in real time - maintain continuous visibility of status or any issues with client’s requests to initiate analyzation and troubleshooting; suggest improved workflow for management approval under changing.
- Formulate strategic backup contingency plans to assure timely work completion under unforeseen changes in priorities.
- Initiate daily cross communications with team members, direct management, Project Managers, and IT to ensure the integrity of client’s data during the lifespan of data processing.
