Assessed investor and lienholder requirements and collected necessary documents from multiple sources, including tax transcripts, escrow documents, credit bureau reports, titles, and flood certifications. Liaised with Underwriting agents to determine missing or incorrect variables, and coordinated corrections with clients, both in writing and verbally. Drafted and served formal notices and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements. Performed numerous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests to determine proper onboarding and service transfer of new loans.
