About Stephanie D. Langdon Cpo Faaop (D)

In my over 30 years in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics, I have been fortunate to have gained experience in much of the diversity the profession has to offer. I have worked in large offices for large companies and also in small offices as an independent practitioner. I adapt quickly to different situations and therefore have often been called to cover clinics or other offices, sometimes in other states, on short notice. I have worked in large a Rehabilitation hospital and the VA hospital and have been the Educational Coordinator and instructor for an Orthotics Certificate Program. I enjoy the diversity of the field and the comprehensive services we provide. I enjoy working with the patients, physicians, nurses and therapists as well as the other creative and compassionate practitioners to provide the best care I can . I have extensive experience in Pediatrics, Rehabilitation, Diabetes and post surgical and trauma care. I have been a presenter at many different venues, from patients and parents conferences , for Allied Health professionals, Physicians educational programs and O&P meetings, locally , nationally and internationally and well as being asked to write articles for publications. I continue to be active in our national professional organizations because I feel it is important to keep such a valuable profession and service moving forward and available.
