My love for multiple intelligences and EQ influences my approach to helping individuals get unstuck, make changes, innovate and recreate as needed to positively impact their productivity and bottomline. What contributed to this distinctive approach? My mother started my piano lessons as I entered kindergarten. Middle and high school were the years I fell in love with math and science. Later, music and engineering because of my love of PEOPLE and their achievement. My clients break out of their overwhelm, anxiety and mental fog to step into their next level peak performance.During the formative years of my professional life, I was the first or only minority. Why does that matter? Diversity and inclusion matters. I developed the skills to relate, communicate and work effectively with others different from me. My career path included multimillion dollar sales, training and sales management. Over the years, I observed the success and failures of many. Most had content knowledge. However, the superstars had far superior people skills and the ability to adapt to change.INTERESTING FACTSI grew up in a nuclear family that spanned three generations. My father was eighteen years older than my mother. To me, age is relative. I view generational differences through a different lens than most people in my age group.One of my characteristics is resiliency. Just like a chameleon adapts to its circumstances, I have grown and acquired additional training as a result of injuries in a head-on collision and an aggressive form of breast cancer. My life's work includes help be their best selves. In my role as coach and psychotherapist I found that the biggest problem most I work with is COMMUNICATION.I am an extrovert with introverted tendencies. What does that mean? I know how to communicate and relate with people BUT there are times I need to rest, reflate and recharge. Does that sound like you?
