I am a naturopathic physician with more than 20 years of experience in trauma-informed care. It is my great privilege to work with people who are rebuilding their lives and healing from difficult situations.I’m also a yoga and meditation teacher, with a specialty in yoga nidra, which is a rest practice that allows us to release deep exhaustion at many different levels: body, mind, heart, and spirit.I have a background in the performing arts, and love working with the particular health problems of artists. I also love using creativity and the arts as healing methods for everyone.My practice is anchored in the healing power of nature.
