I played a critical role in shaping and growing the brand presence of SMT within the global sports tech industry. I was heavily involved in every single RFP response, ensuring SMT’s innovative solutions were represented with the impact they deserved. My experience at SMT allowed me to contribute to the company’s strategy at the highest level, helping drive its influence in both broadcast and live event markets worldwide.

As a lifelong Duke fan, landing an internship with the Duke Sports Information Office was a dream come true. I had the incredible opportunity to be there in 2010, a historic year when Duke won both the men’s lacrosse and men’s basketball national championships. Working behind the scenes for one of the most successful athletics programs in the country was an experience that deepened my love for sports and shaped my career in sports media.

As an engineering student at NC State, I had the rewarding opportunity to serve as an orientation counselor for the College of Engineering. I love connecting with people, so it was a great fit for me to help introduce the upcoming class of engineering students to campus life and their academic journey. In addition to orientation, I also worked as a campus tour guide, sharing my passion for NC State with prospective students and their families. These experiences not only allowed me to give back to the community but also strengthened my communication and leadership skills.
