She draws personal inspiration through seeing individuals/clients achieve the powerful changes within, leading them to lead empowered and authentic lives. Stephanie has an extensive balance of life experience and formal training. With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, Bachelor of Education, A Certified Master Life Coach, and she is currently embarking on a Master of Education - Guidance Officer and Careers Counselling. In addition, Stephanie has certifications in Mindfulness, Meditation, CBY, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and NLP. Moreover, Stephanie believes in a blended style focussing on the unique blend of mind-body-spirit balance, to foster a complete wellbeing within each individual.
