The innately creative process of coaching allows client's to expand their self-awareness of unique strengths, talents, passions and empowers each client's ability to harness their potential and achieve success.I am also a valuable, relatable and creative workshop facilitator and speaker - I have a lot of fun doing it! I support my incredibly talented husband Mark Edmunds (Accredited Builder) with the management of his Construction business Mondo Collective. Along with his Apprentice Billy, Mark crafts high quality architecturally designed homes and extensions in and around Launceston, Tasmania.

My role was to assert clients as the leader of their field using an inbound marketing model to attract new fans, nurture those relationships, convert them to customers and ultimately create raving fans.Responsibilities:• Maximise the entire digital presence of search, blog, website conversions and email newsletter• Content creation• Social media curation & management• Data base growth, management and optimization• Lead generation & relationship building• Creation of inbound campaigns • Analysis of inbound marketing performance.

The UTAS School of Architecture & Design teaches excellent fundamental skills in general design and more specifically architectural design, also branching now into landscape & furniture design. As a tutor I was required to assist course lecturers in facilitating the learning of University students. I was employed to tutor a wide variety of course subjects including: Building Technology in Design, Design Communication, Design Studio & Watercolour. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the learning of students on an individual and group basis, 1st - 3rd year students
• Relate and respond to a variety of personality types, ages and skill levels
• Work along side a team of tutors headed by a primary lecturer
• Develop methods and techniques of best teaching and conveying ideas and concepts
• Occasionally required to contribute to lectures (public speaking)
• Marking and student assessment, both oral presentation and written/graphical
• Input of student results into the university system
• Communication with students via MYLO, an online UTAS staff to student course communication system

Stephanie Green Design is my own small business providing creative and effective design solutions to a wide range of specific client needs ranging from building design, furniture & lighting design/construction, through to graphic design and art commissions. Responsibilities:
• Initial set up of business. Preliminary research, feasibility studies right through to marketing and actualization. • Develop & grow a wide client network
• Manage project from beginning to end, working closely with industry professionals
• Create and adhere to required timelines
• Quote projects, and adhere to client budgets
• Business management & administration • Work intimately with individuals & families in order to meet their personal design needs & requirements
• Draft plans, create 3D graphics & mood boards to convey conceptual ideas
