Oversee daily operations for both front and back of house. Handle all food and liquor ordering, pricing and delivery. Hire and fire staff as needed, coordinate weekly schedule, price out and bid private events for requesting patrons, created brunch, happy hour and dinner menus based on price points, train incoming staff, handle all legal matters including any employee matters, contract disputes and permitting issues. Coordinated and supervised foreclosures across the nation with extensive network of out-of-state counsel and ensured foreclosures complied with each state’s requirements including Grace Period letters. Coordinated and supervised bankruptcy cases across the nation with out-of-state counsel. Filed insurance claims on all REO assets, coordinated with contractors for repair bids and negotiated for higher settlements.

Drafted and executed all documentation required for borrowers and property transfers. Such documentation included deeds in lieu, loan modifications, forbearance agreements, assignment and assumptions, land contracts, deeds, estate forbearances, and lease agreements. Coordinated with five negotiators in the office to determine terms of contracts needed for borrowers and drafted any such required document. Reviewed and executeded all entity formation documents along with all investment structure documents including PPM’s, subscription agreements, and employment packages.

Assisted program coordinator with program oversight, including contact and coordination with law school and high school administrative staff and support during ongoing term. Interviewed potential candidates for teaching positions, planned with high school teachers to schedule class times, and helped find community resource people to come in and participate in a lesson. Facilitated a fundraiser every semester, updated curriculum materials as needed as well as created new lesson plans. Researched and applied for grants to provide program funding and acted as a liaison between the law school and program to ensure participating students received credits for participation. As an instructor for the program, I taught a law seminar class to high school seniors. Duties included preparing and presenting weekly lectures on a variety of practical legal issues to at-risk and underprivileged youth. In addition, helped prepare students for an interscholastic mock trial before superior court judges at the downtown courthouse.
