Sales Specialist
Current•Essential contact for designated account support through a thorough understanding of key customer needs/requirements to assist Account Executives and act as liaison between these clients and the Recruiters and back-office staff.•Handle both internal and external communications (phone, email or video chat contact) regarding designated accounts, their policies, procedures, and overall coordination of related efforts.•Work internally with all delivery teams to drive SLA’s, improve our delivery time/speed/quality, and overall organization of client specifics (policies, procedures, billing, reporting, and general information).•Handle the input of jobs into the Bullhorn system, submit candidates to clients when needed, as well as adding them to any subsequent VMS tools such as Fieldglass.•Assist with coordination of interviews, documentation submission, and any other tasks in relation to the sales process.•Work with Recruiting and back-office teams to ensure compliance is met and successful on-boarding of consultants is achieved that meet both company and client requirements.•Work as a liaison between our Financial Services team and clients to communicate key information and reporting on client specific items such as purchase orders, payment terms, time tracking, and expenses reporting.•Establish, foster, and maintain positive relationships with key contacts at all assigned accounts including identifying opportunities for further growth of existing accounts.
