As a Customer Service Associate, I was able to assist in every area of my home branch. My responsibilities included identifying the financial needs of our clients, then providing them with the right PNC products and services to meet those needs. I help the client with account maintenance, and to better understand products PNC offered and how those products would benefit the customer. Through the PNC conversation I was also able to uncover financial needs, and help the client reach their financial goals. As I familiarized myself with current policy and procedures, as well as products, I found myself confidently directing clients into the right direction, and building professional relationships.In addition to my one on one conversations with clients in my CSA role, I would also step in as a teller, providing accurate and consistent customer service. While I was growing in my position, I was recognized regionally for my excellent customer interaction, and satisfaction. I was a resource to other tellers for current policy and procedures, and excelled in my position with referrals and product knowledge. My attention to detail, and customer service truly allowed me to transition my career and grow as a professional.
