Whether you are hosting an elegant wedding or celebration, a corporate conference or meeting, team building activities or incentives, there is a space to suit at this iconic venue.As Senior Event Co-ordinator at DNC for non-game day events – responsible for the site of the SCG & Allianz Stadium, I needed to build and maintain positive on-going relationships with internal and external stakeholders (SCG Trust, CNSW, NSW Waratahs, Sydney Swans, NRL, Sydney City Roosters). Assisting with response to all enquiries (reactive sales), menu compilations and site inspections, I then established client requirements and built event orders. Assisting with the delivery & administration requirements that accompany event operations and managing the eBMS event orders, client assignments and order closing procedures. I was elected by the General Manager as Head of the Charity & Donations Committee for the SCG & Allianz Stadium DNC site and was also a Guestpath facilitator (DNC initiative – 3 hour customer service based workshop for new staff.

Within this I needed to negotiate rates at properties and various other terms and conditions within the contract before having them signed. I also maintained the exhibitions calendar/job schedule and analyse for workload scheduling, revenue projection and management reports. The role also involved analysing client room night reports & refer a loss of business and liaise with BDM's to increase existing business and new accounts. In addition to producing post show reporting, evaluating and handling client complaints resolution.
