Passionate about art and Care, I graduated from INECAT in Paris (National Institute of Expression, Art Creation and Transformation). With this training in artistic mediation, I am able to use art as a therapeutic tool to help individuals express their feelings and overcome their personal challenges. I deeply believe in the importance of individual and collective well-being. My job can be defined as accompanying symbolic evolution: creativity and expression through the visual arts are indirect paths that allow people to (re)create themselves in a journey rich in meaning.My expertise: with more than 20 years of experience in business in human resources, in the field of training design and support for skills development, I have sharpened my competences of containers (tools) and content (what do we need), my knowledge of human behavior, group facilitation and my adaptability. I enriched myself by sharing experiences and cultural diversity from around the world. After two years of going back and forth to Paris, intensive courses, practical workshops and various internships in psychiatric clinics, relay houses, municipal social action centers, EHPADs, here I am with new tools that are the plastic arts for a closer support to groups and individuals. I would be happy to accompany various publics and people, from elderness institutations to associations fighting against precariousness and social exclusion,helping people with handicaps...I can provide listening, inspiration and emotional support through artistic activities and contribute to connections with the outside world.
