Responsible for setting, implementing, and managing the sales and marketing growth strategy for multiple home, DIY, hardware, and craft brands. Key customers include Ace Hardware, Amazon, Rockler Woodworking, Do It Best, True Value, Sherwin-Williams, Hobby Lobby, etc. • Ownership of the annual financial plan and expense budgets for the brand, including monthly forecasts by item and customer to ensure alignment with the corporate plan• Development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the brand• Plan and execute new product launch programs aligned with the established growth goals• Direct and execute customer and consumer content support programs in collaboration with the Product Development and Content Creation teams • Develop and maintain key customer relationships• Collaborate across business functions (finance, legal, human resources, advertising, marketing, sales etc.)• Support all corporate growth initiatives for channel, category and market expansion• Provide team leadership that ensures a culture of creativity, collaboration and a drive for profitable growth for the organization
