CurrentIndependently consult and collaborate with a team of Learning Experience & Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders, and Project Managers. Design and develop training materials for internal clients supporting a National Field Training Program at a Fortune 500 top-rated financial security company.📌 Evaluate and select the most effective learning strategy and apply the most appropriate blended learning models to achieve business results in the highly regulated environment of insurance and investments.📌 Define and develop plans for a variety of scope sizes including programs, curriculums, courses, lessons, and learning activities.📌 Apply current workplace learning models to determine the best instructional strategy using adult learning theory.📌 Simultaneously manage deadlines across multiple projects in a Lean/Agile environment utilizing project management skills. 📌 Rapid design and development of instructor led training (virtually and in-person), eLearnings, videos, gamified quizzes, social learning, curriculum design, and micro-learning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia. 📌 Consult with Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders, and Project Managers ensuring timely delivery of functional/technical training in operations and customer service environments. 📌 Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend opportunities for improvement.
