Senior Organizational Development Specialist & Employer Brand Manager
Klarna is a global fintech company providing payment and shopping services. The Talent Acquisition department, which I was a part of, acted as an internal recruitment agency, supporting and handling over 300-500 vacancies annually across the globe. As the Employer Brand Manager, I developed strategies and initiatives to maximize Klarna’s image as an employer of choice. Together with the VP of HR and an external firm, we educated the organization and led the development of Klarna's first-ever EVP. We established metrics and KPIs to continuously gather and evaluate internal and external brand reputation. I was responsible for the budget, planning, execution, and evaluation of career fairs, meet-ups, awards, campaigns, partnerships, and talent networks. I also managed the development of content on all talent communication platforms (career site, social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, as well as an external engineering blog, etc.). The role also included various projects within the HR department, such as ensuring the smooth integration of new operations into the function and enhancing existing ones, leading and supporting the delivery of key recruitment initiatives in the most efficient way, and managing and improving the Global Onboarding Program, with an average of 30 new employees starting every second week.
