Stephanie Fonteno is Sr Director of Foreclosure Performance Management at Auction.com where she recently transitioned from Foreclosure Operational leadership to a role on the Business Development team. She has spent the majority of her 22-year foreclosure career managing high performing teams and internal processes designed to achieve optimal execution on client sales goals and compliance expectations. Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Art’s degree in Africana Studies and Political Science from San Diego State University before attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she earned her JD. Stephanie’s spark is D&I. She completed Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion certification in 2020. From 2022-2023 she served as Chair of Auction.com’s IDEA Council, introducing the D&I Leadership Toolbox and successfully contributing to improved employee engagement. She also served as Co-Chair of the Workplace Culture and Employee Development subcommittee where she started the company’s employee mentoring program now in it’s fourth year. Stephanie maintains work-life balance by prioritizing family time and relaxing travel to the next beautiful beach destination. She is also intentional about gratitude and has been an active supporter over the years of the Alzheimer’s Association, Susan G. Komen and Usher’s New Look.
