- Liaise with retailers to ensure correct replenishment parameter and maintaining excellent reputation for client services- Forecasting to ensure correct stock level- Liaise with distributors and suppliers to ensure stock is to the correct specification- Defining most profitable assortment on retailer level (consumer sales trends/POS spacing)- Pitch VMI concept to new retailers - Train internal and external parties on VMI principles- Investigate enhancements and best practise for inhouse VMI software - Provide key reports ( i.e. KPI performance, stock availability/ stock turn)
