TAP is an online training for young Palestinians and Jordans to find remote jobs in the tech industry.As their Power Skills instructor, I teach the groups about remote work ethics, communication skills, storytelling, and growth mindset, among other critical soft skills for professional development.I also mentor each student individually, supporting CV writing, training for job interviews and developing self-confidence and awareness.I have thought over five cohorts of brilliant young minds - and about 80% of them successfully work in the international market.

Amani's mission is to develop next-generation talent to address social challenges by creating a higher education model that offers future leaders opportunities to get an intensive experience of cross-boundary work, develop practical skills to build their professional toolkit, and understand the personal journey this work requires in order to be effective and sustainable as an individual over time. All this while simultaneously reducing the traditionally high cost of top-class global education.As Program Manager, from 2017 to 2018 I was responsible for managing the Post Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation Management and facilitating the Social Innovation Curriculum (44h). Before the Covid-19 pandemic, the program used to be a unique, field-based, full-time program that brought together a selected group of people from around the world to build the professional skills needed for careers in making social change. The main kills developed were: social entrepreneurship, design thinking, effective communication, learning from nature, leadership, theory of change, and how to implement your own innovation, among others.After managing the Post Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation Management in São Paulo for two years, my challenge in 2019 was to scale Amani's methodology around Brazil and Latin America, prototyping hybrid online - in-person programs in Manaus and Rio de Janeiro.

Gastromotiva is the first social organization in Brazil to harness the power of food to create social inclusion and build bridges between different social realities.I was responsible for the organization's main international projects - I've led projects related to scaling Gastromotiva's impact and piloting consultancies on Social Gastronomy and education in Brazil and abroad. My last achievement was opening the first Gastromotiva office outside Brazil, in Mexico City. I was responsible for the start-up of the project - from strategic planning to the legal institution of the organization in the country. I was also responsible for fundraising, recruitment, and general project implementation.Before that, for two years, I was the personal adviser for the organization's founder, David Hertz. Apart from being responsible for his agenda, writing speeches, and awards applications, I managed and produced Gastromotiva's main fundraiser events.
