Help sellers price, market their property, and negotiate offers.• Conversion of leads with diligent follow-up.• Navigate buyer tours and educate buyers on the purchasing process.• Generate comparable sales data to formulate and negotiate offers.• Build a superb end-to-end experience while guiding buyers/sellers through their real estate transactions.• Build strong relationships with our clients and cross-sell across our expanded suite of services.

Communicate diligently with the rest of the Orchard team to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients throughout the entire buying process.• Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria.• Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes.• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.• Prepare purchase agreements and other documents for each real estate transaction.• Present purchase offers to sellers.• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and/or emails • Hold Open Houses on Orchard inventory homes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Deliver outstanding client services, draft and prepare offers and paperwork, track and advance objectives, develop business leads, show properties. • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.• Present purchase offers to sellers.• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Travel to Accounts and meet with store owners and managers to present Parrot’s line of products.

Managed National Accounts to include Ultra, Belk, Boscov, Premier Design, MBI, QVC, & HSN.Traveled as needed to present to buyers. Identified and executed new sales opportunities.
