We walk together as they try out new skills, face challenges, overcome barriers and aim to be the best version of themselves in that moment. Here, I offered counseling services focused on emotional, social, and economical issues. I also provided treatment plans to patients dealing with substance abuse, and managed cases within the SMI and Assertive Community Treatment programs. I focused on strengthening the center's offer by leveraging the bio-psychosocial program to plan and implement casework programs and group work services.
