I trained and managed the Girl Research Unit (GRU), a team of five Rwandan young women training as qualitative researchers, who form a core part of Girl Effect Rwanda's monitoring and evaluation function. The GRU was established to be a group of experts who understand and collect data from vulnerable communities particularly girls (10-19 years old).
