Contract music therapist providing both in person and virtual music therapy services throughout the state of California. In my role as a Data Fellow at Bluebonnet Data, I provided data-driven services to political organizations by compiling and analyzing voter data. Leveraging tools like Excel and Tableau, I created key visualizations to investigate voter behavior trends and supported local grassroots organizations with demographic insights.

Provided technical administrative support through data entry, system automation support on a weekly basis, to increase net productivity. Completed player data analysis through unstructured video files to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and player recruitment level based on standardized metrics. Maintained and prepared formatted reports to share with others regarding finalized projects. Aggregated company-wide responses on user experience to develop updated educational materials and standard of practice (SOP) documentation for video analysts and videographers. Primary applications used includes spreadsheet software and administrative software, such as Excel and Monday.

Full time music therapist working with individuals of varying ages, diagnoses, and goal areas in the greater Sacramento area. Primary populations include IEP students, early childhood intervention services, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, teenagers in behavioral health, in both individual and group settings, through telehealth and in-person services. Job duties include providing music therapy services, session planning, clinical assessments, co-treat and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, assisting in developing and maintaining new contracts and programs through advocacy and development of assessment protocol, as well as documentation for regional centers, school districts, and adult home healthcare providers. Provided regular data-based reports on client progress in goal areas.

Music therapy intern working under the supervision of multiple full time music therapists serving clients from a wide variety of ages, need areas, and diagnoses. Populations served included: school aged IEP students, early childhood clients, and older adults in both group and individual settings, through telehealth and in-person services. Completed a music therapy assessment based on the SEMTAP protocol to determine student eligibility for music therapy services through the district under supervision of the assessment coordinator.

Research assistant for Dr. Adrienne Steiner, Assistant Professor of Music Therapy, and Dr. Rashmita Basu, Assistant Professor of Public Health. Research regarding informal caregivers of older adults, consisting of a pilot music therapy wellness workshop incorporating live music-assisted mindfulness relaxation (MAMR), and psychoeducation on perceived well-being, quality of life, and stress levels. Duties included providing music-based respite care, assisting in data collection, providing description of study and the informed consent process, and assisting in follow-up for data collection.
