In this exciting new executive role, I serve as SLDC's Chief Operating Officer, leading 20+ people across the organization's four primary operational functions - finance, human resources, program compliance, and technology - as well as the neighborhood transformation team. The newly created Chief Strategy Officer role allowed me to serve as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner to the CEO. I worked to ensure alignment of the bank's strategy and vision across all levels, acting as a liaison between key stakeholders. Actively contributing to the development of strategic and operational business plans, I partnered with the CEO to navigate the bank towards achieving short-term objectives and long-term goals.

Executive Summary: since gap years weren't a thing in the late nineties when I graduated from college, I took one during the spring and summer of 2023. In retrospect, it was more of a Gap Four-to-Six Months.Going into the break, I planned to use my time to rest and recharge, find peace, and then call out to the Universe to see what she had for me next.
