I attended Cuyamaca College in El Cajon, California from 2008-2013 and received my Associates Degree in General Studies, I took some time off from 2013-2016 figuring out what I want to do while I was volunteering at my local public library. I then found out that Palomar College in San Marcos, California had a full online based library program. I applied to the college and enrolled into the Library Information and Technology Associates in Science Degree program. I loved volunteering within the public library but I found out that I want to work with children. As of right now I am volunteering at a local public elementary school with the librarian and helping out students looking for books, I help the librarian shelve books, and run overdue notices to teachers that go to their student's parents. I love volunteering there. I have a great relationship with the librarian, the students, the teachers, and the rest of the staff at the school. When I am not volunteering at the school, I play violin for a community interdenominational church orchestra. Played violin since I was 8 years old, I enjoy it and learn new things through music. I am a hard working person and would like to show you what I am capapble of.
