International relations is an attempt to consolidate all I do and have done at CBS: coaching (both for business case teams and personal, life coaching), program management, international exchange and international education, project management, education management, generation of new ideas for implementation, renewal with idea generation.

Major learning curve in being there for the AC-TAP personnel who needed help in various types of disagreements with management. The most difficult period was during the re-organization and restructuring of CBS under a new president with a hidden agenda. CBS needed re-organization; however after the process was started, the school received a dictate from the government to reduce the TAP salaries at CBS by 20 million, so a nervous situation became a nightmare for the employees. From August 2010 - May 2011 being a tillidsrep. took over my time at CBS and my "real" job had to be done in the evenings, nights, weekends, days off and vacations. Member of working group that established, coordinated and integrated curriculum to launch the Bachelor of Science in International Business degree program, CBS. After initial planning, I launched the program, as the teacher who asked me to return to CBS to help with this, left unexpectedly in April 1995. After the successful launch in August 1995, I coordinated the program on a day-to-day basis acting as Program Director - both academic and administrative. When I left to do private consulting in 1992, we had agreements with nearly 200 schools. Member of task team pilot project mainstreaming special education students into the public school system (Arizona Project) at both high school and junior high school level.

Designed small interior gardens (household plants and the landscaping of areas to create an interior green living space), as well as small exterior gardens. Exterior design was varied: for terraces, for balconies, and for garden spaces that were small but where an accent and statement was desired. I hired help for the manual labor, but I was often up to my elbows in planting and organizing laying of tiles and placement of containers.
