The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will develop an Army Logistics Roundtable as a neutral setting for exploring Army logistics tools, Army vulnerabilities related to logistics, and the range of S&T solutions. The principal objective of the Roundtable is to explore how the U.S. Army can make informed investment to strengthen its capabilities in logistics for the Asia-Pacific Theater.

Advanced through roles of increasing responsibility to ultimately direct the Air Force's largest inspector general program governing 30,000 personnel. Formulates, implements, and enforces policies and oversight to ensure the effectiveness of Air Force Inspection System and Complaints Program. Other selected assignments:- As Legislative Liaison, leveraged deep expertise in defense logistics to advise the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and other Air Force leadership regarding rising Congressional issues affecting organization programs, objectives, and policies.- In sequential roles, served as Deputy Group Commander of the Expeditionary Maintenance Group in Qatar ('12 to '13) and of the Propulsion Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB ('13 to '14). -- At Tinker AFB, held oversight for $1B engine maintenance, repair and overhaul program employing a workforce of 1,650 personnel and operating across a 1.9M sq. ft. facility, partnering with Pratt & Whitney to coordinate maintenance of F117 (C-17), F119 (F-22), and F135 (F-35) engines. -- At Qatar, guided AF's largest expeditionary maintenance operation, directing 4,500 employees deployed from 75 bases in the upkeep of over 54 aircraft including B-1s, C-130s, E-8s, and KC-/RC-135s. Held accountability for 600+ pieces of aerospace ground equipment and the AF Central Command's largest munitions storage area; led AF's largest tanker maintenance unit delivering 350M pounds of fuel to 7,100 coalition aircraft. - Commander of squadron of 399 military, civilian, and Air Reserve personnel in airfield operations. Optimized $30M budget; held oversight for maintenance of 18 C-5 aircraft valued at $3.2B and flying 2.9K hours each year and of servicing of 2,500 transient aircraft.
