Manage the Provisioning and Asset Management functions, Provisioning: Responsible for the technology implementation portion of Branch openings, relocations, remodels and closures: Order and implement Data and Voice circuits, Completed all Canadian Change Requests and daily reporting, Hardware and Software procurement, installation of all Network, Voice, Desktop and technical components. Daily Voice break/fix, and all telephony billing.

Respondible Supervising and implementation of first level Support Desk, Image Testing, Branch Voice Service's infastructure and daily Operations and Support and Asset Management. Performed all remote IT laptop support to Senior Management. Implementation and Support of all Telephony services. Site Support for Network Engineering, Operations and technical Service departments.

Implemented the Centralization of PPSR (Personal Property Security Registrations). Created, developed then maintained department functions, procedures, policies and documentation to support all PPSR functions within each of the Provincial Governments.

Responsible for preparing Payroll for 1800+ employees. Administration of Employee Relocation Program, Branch and Assistant Branch Manager training modules maintained and Co-ordination of training schedules Responsible for the hardware, software implementation, maintenance for software for the HR department, including Fleet, Pension & Benefits, Payroll and HR general.

Responsible for Administration of HR and Credit departments. Daily Stat reports for VP of Credit, Ordering and maintenance of fax machines, photocopiers, postage meters, voice equipment and started purchasing process for desktop hardware and software. (Windows NT, office applications and Loan Optimizers, IE and Netscape applications). Ordering, Installation of Laptops and remote support for 19 District and 4 Regional Managers and multiple HO officers.
