Current• Advisor to the four-star Commander and senior Department of Defense (DoD) leaders on force health protection, federal-level medical response and biosurveillance in support of Homeland Defense.• Leads a multidisciplinary team of data, cyber, and public health experts from the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, State, Energy, and Health and Human Services across five continents to integrate data, build predictive modeling solutions to assess risk, and provide health risk mitigation recommendations to senior military and public health leaders when faced with emerging biological threats to North America.• Drives Command-wide Digital Transformation initiatives as a pacesetting change agent to develop policies, advance digital transformation initiatives, and operationalize global health surveillance, patient movement, and operational medical data to support defense of the homeland during global competition with peer adversaries.
