I have worked with clients in North America and Europe over the past 20 years on a contract-basis remotely and 10 years prior teaching, supporting and developing for various clients on-site. I’m a passionate explorer of all things related to digital learning. I’ve tested, played, broken, fixed and innovated my way through many changes as this industry has evolved, and will continue to do so as it morphs into its next iteration. Throughout, I continue to learn and grow and have created hundreds of e-learning modules covering a wide variety of topics, industries, languages and audiences (from just a few senior executives to 30,000+ geographically dispersed employees). I’ve developed a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design techniques, development processes and tools to create digital learning; software such as Articulate 360 (I’ve written a book on it, I’m an Articulate MVP and member of the beta testing team). I also use a variety of supporting tools including the Adobe Creative suite, Microsoft Office, Techsmith Camtasia/Snag-It!, etc.). I consider myself seasoned in all aspects of online learning creation and an expert with the tools I use. The projects I undertake are strongly focused on learning and my role is to take expert content and transform it into an online learning experience that people appreciate and can apply in day-to-day context.I'm happy to take on small or large projects that involve all or some aspects of the e-learning design and development process.
