• Being strategic and commercially aware and being fully familiar with Connect International’s current strategy; being able to have proper knowledgeable discussions about the market they operate in, the threats and opportunities the department faces and the future plans for the department and their role in those strategies • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.• Event planning including organizing facilities and managing all the events’ details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.• Achieving marketing and promotional operational objectives by contributing advertising and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action tactics; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
