Directed ministry to students and their families in Grades 1-3 with average attendance of 500 students and approximately 60 volunteer leaders.

-Directed urban ministry to children of all ages including weekday elementary after school program including leading 3 full-time, 3 part-time children’s staff, over 50 volunteers and approximately 10 twelve-to-fifteen-person mission teams per year.-Wrote $20,000 capacity-building grant to develop program organizational structure and curriculum scope and sequence.

-Designed and managed production of publications, including monthly magazine, that communicated missions messages to Southern Baptists. -Identified needs, researched and recommended methods to improve designer/client relationships.

-Managed production and budget of all printed corporate and event marketing and advertising including collaboration with clients and managing freelance artists, printers and in-house personnel. -Developed, wrote and managed name change communication plan. -Initiated and managed employee task force for improving employee morale and motivating employees to personal involvement in success of organization.
