Maintain complete oversight of and directed functions for office and accounting staff, including Executive Assistant, Sr Accountant, Billing/AR Coordinator, AP Coordinator, and Contract Specialist. Execute monthly analysis of actual versus budget performance variances. Manage multiple banking relationships for capital asset acquisitions. Direct all facets of office management functions, including locating/securing office space to lease and synchronizing efforts to relocate and managing all lease arrangements with vendors.The following are my key contributions: Spearheaded planning, administration, and execution of financial accounting processes as well as reporting and budgeting for 30+ entities across corporate consolidated reports and individual partnership financial packages with $30M in total revenue. Acted as central resource in driving expeditious and accurate processing of distribution checks equipped with key performance indicators for approximately 250 Physician partners. Participated in ongoing partnership meetings to propel explanation of financial status, create and review proformas for capital acquisitions and effectively address various matters with QA and any legal concerns/issues. Facilitated transition of accounting systems and manual billing into automated processes, including creation of filing system designed to replace paper documents. Planned, developed, and implemented expense reporting process to replace manual paper processes.

I planned and executed financial analysis, project management, and reporting. I also supported and propelled strategic planning and budgeting process enhancements across multiple levels within various divisions. The following are my selected contributions: Played instrumental role in supporting Divisional and Regional Vice Presidents operating within retail production division of Consumer Markets Division.  Cultivated, drafted, and corresponded current period versus previous period revenue and expense variance analyses.

I directed all facets of hospital operating and capital budget preparation for 233 bed hospital, including supporting department managers in best practice facilitation and development of respective budgets. I also supported financial analysts, administrators, and directors to drive hospital-wide efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The following are my selected contributions: Acted as central resource in planning and preparation of five-year financial operating forecast to include statistics, payer mix, and payments capital. Demonstrated proficiency developing and providing ongoing budget versus actual revenue and expense variance analysis as well as preparation of proformas for emerging services, projects, and equipment. Served as member of measurement team, supporting management with all facets of reporting metrics, including monthly scoreboard development and interpretation as well as education of staff.
