My past experience has had everything to do with where I am today. I loved being in real estate. I started at a Title Company and worked my way up to Closing Officer. I then went straight into Real Estate sales with Re/Max Wellington. When the market went on a downward slope, I thought I would try commercial real estate as it wasn't as significantly affected by the real estate collapse. That was clearly the right decision for me. I've established close relationships with all of my tenants, and take great pride in the properties we own and represent. I've found my direct oversight and role in this capacity to be very rewarding. I take ownership and personally prioritize my client relations in keeping our various properties occupied with happy tenants. Being on site at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., has created the "family" feel in a 15 story commercial office building. That kind of "touch" isn't typical in Class A buildings. I am complimented daily on my dedication and level of service, which includes my rapid response to various vendors, contractors, security and maintenance staff (who are directly supervised by myself). I can say with confidence, that I go above and beyond in order to make my tenants work life better as a result of my personal attention to each of their needs. I take enormous pride in my work. In my experience I feel that every commercial property requires personable and friendly staff in order to complete projects and work with each tenant. I always ensure quality of service, while doing so within or under budget. My position as an on-site Building and Operations Manager is an overseer of all past, current and future operations, projects, budgeting, etc.. The success I have achieved has taken tremendous attention to detail, true dedication in my work, and caring about fellow management staff, tenants, and their employees alike.

Additionally, I handle operations for Wells Lake Plazas I, II, & III located in Jacksonville, FL, Daniel Island Health, LLC and Daniel Island Sun, LLC both located in Charleston, SC., Hilton Post Oak, located in Houston TX, Doubletree Anaheim, located in Anaheim, CA, and a Doubletree located in Overland Park, KS. My duties include a broad spectrum of responsibilities, some of which include:- Respond and coordinate solutions to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner, and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff. - Follow-up with all tenants to ensure satisfactory resolution of any issues. - Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times.- Conduct or coordinate periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the premises.- Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy- Lease and document preparation- Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes- Assist with administering tenant occupancy - Provide new tenants with emergency contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection procedures, and maintenance request procedures- Ensuring rent payments are paid in accordance with the lease agreements- Maintain service contracts on all building equipment including but not limited to: roofing service, elevators, HVAC and/or chiller systems, generators, fuel tanks, waste compactors, etc.- Maintain contracts for janitorial services, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous building projects.- Supervision of maintenance operations and all maintenance and security staff.- Oversight of all building activities and compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
