At Invitae, Stephanie was in charge of our Tableau and Looker dashboard directories; building out high-complexity lab process data into understandable visualizations for high-level internal stakeholders. Additionally, Stephanie was a frequent contributor to our Python codebase, using Git, pandas, Python, Flask, and more to build out quality assurance software. She is solely responsible for an app that runs the bioinformatic reporting needed to generate our certification via CAP (the College of American Pathologists) which we still rely on. As a person, Stephanie is professional and a delight to work with. Stephanie is organized and always comes to our weekly meetings prepared to speak about her work. She has good communication, especially when it comes to creating a productive and friendly environment. In particular, I have seen Stephanie respond well to pressure. Working in operations, there are high-impact, high-priority tasks we have to get done, and this is difficult for many people, but I have seen Stephanie rise to the occasion.
