Taught an 8 hour career class and enjoyed networking with employers to build relationships that encourage them to contact SJVC when in need of an employee.

Served on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Ripon Memorial Library. In 2002 we started a 4 year capital campaign to move the existing out-dated library across the street to a beautiful state-of-the-art facility. Donor recognition was my main responsibility, but I also enjoyed helping to choose colors, carpets, and being privy to the backstage progress of the construction while I assisted the President with fundraising.
