As the inaugural Program Director for Careers in Business and Finance at Amherst College, Stephanie is the bridge between early talent and the successful placement of candidates at industry-leading firms. She coaches, advises, and prepares a diverse population of students (45% self-identify as people of color and 25% are first-generation, low income) and has created a pipeline of early talent into leading finance, consulting, and general businesses. As an advisor and consultant, Stephanie has worked with very early stage startups, growth companies, and established firms to launch new products and services, craft and implement GTM strategies, and advise founders on complex business situations. Stephanie built her career in the financial services industry where she created strong business lines and divisions during a tumultuous shift in the industry. She developed cross-functional, global teams that increased client penetration and monetization, and drove higher revenue and efficiency. She was sought by leadership to implement people-centric processes and forged a path for diversity of women at the firm and in the industry.Stephanie has navigated over 23 years in the financial services industry and almost a decade coaching and placing Millennials and Gen Z in the finance industry. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and has two children.
