Job Analyst
CurrentResponsible for leading and administering job analysis and position review activities for union and non-union positions; providing analysis and consultation on job evaluation, position reviews, job description content, Job Evaluation Questionnaires and related information. Provides expert knowledge and support for pay equity to include detailed analysis and maintenance of programs. Ensures consistency and compliance to policy, procedure and practices related to job analysis and pay equity. As part of the Rewards and Recognition team assists in organizational design analysis and recommendations, and special projects.
