Responsible for delivering and executing Global Operations’ data strategy and managing data standards adherence, data issue management, governance programs, and overall data health across all 12 Global Operations FLUs. Additionally, accountable for the Global Operations Data Privacy control framework, ensuring implementation and sustained compliance with all global Data Privacy LRRs, along with monitoring and mitigating data privacy events. Operating in this role requires deep collaboration with multiple stakeholders, Enterprise Data Management, Audit, Risk Technology and Bank of America’s eight LOBs to deliver end-to-end strategies across data management and data privacy.
