October 2018, blumshapiro (previously BlumShapiro) rebranded to help better communicate the value the firm provides our clients. Every marketing assets from the logo, to the website, TV and radio commercials, business cards, stationary and signage (to name a few) completely transformed. During this process, I project managed all the marketing efforts. Since the rebrand, I'm responsible for maintaining the day-to-day integrity of the blumshapiro brand internally and externally. I review all marketing materials from a branding perspective to ensure everything meets the branding standards and accurately represents the direction the firm is headed. I am also responsible for making sure that all team members across the company are knowledgeable and passionate about the firm's new brand. This includes developing internal resources, trainings and presentations.During the rebranding efforts that occurred over an 18-month period, I was responsible for:- Defining project tasks and communicating the vision of all elements to vendors- Managing relationships with vendors and coordinating reviews and approvals of all deliverables - Keeping all team members informed of the status and progress of all projects - Maintaining the rebranding budget for marketing deliverables- Accountable for ensuring all deliverables came within budget and were delivered on time- Planning a launch event for 450+ firm employees at the Connecticut Convention Center to reveal the new brand- Presenting at the launch event about the responsibility that all firm members have for the life and integrity of the new brandIn addition to branding responsibilities, I am also responsible for inbound marketing efforts to support lead generation which includes developing landing pages, emails, forms, downloadable assets (checklists, e-books, guides, etc.) and overseeing social media efforts to increase brand awareness, recruiting efforts and promote content developed by the firm's thought leaders.

Assisted with developing digital strategies to support the firm's marketing campaigns for specific service lines and industries. Helped manage the firm's website and blog content strategy; developed and implemented a social media strategy; created a digital employee advocacy program and training workshops to assist firm members with personal branding and business development efforts; designed and developed email campaigns and newsletters; produced and promoted video content for website, email campaigns and social media.
