Responsible for the overall logistical planning, organization, and execution of the San Diego International Film Festival and year-round events. Working with all teams to oversee the completion of projects/events and ensure that all spaces are designed to the best possible layouts and technical needs are catered to. Oversees departments/ team leaders including: events, logistics, hospitality, programming, projection, film office, events, tech, theater operations, venue managers, AV teams, film trafficking, on-site press, celebrity management, and on-site red carpet. Senior Programmer for the Programming Department and coordinates the Festival slate. Managing programmers, negotiations with distributors, filmmakers and studios to create the final festival program.

Produces all Festival events and oversees daily work in 6 departments. On an everyday basis Inscoe oversees all event logistics and operations including programming, projection, tech, film trafficking, PR, celebrity management, theater operations, customer service and box office. Inscoe manages timing and process for turnaround of Festival events as well as live show production and red carpet publicity. She touches all aspects of the festival from publicity, fundraising, business development, project management, marketing, production, operational logistics, tech and delivery. Manages Programming and discussions with distributors, filmmakers and studios to create the festival slate. In addition traveling to various festivals to create opportunities for additional films to be selected in the festival programming. She trains and oversees 95 managers and interns in 9 departments. Inscoe also created various new systems to help festival processes including designing and building a frame work of a new Ticketing system technology.

Overseeing all technical aspects leading up to and during festival. Supervise theater managers, sound technicians and projectionists on the implementation of film productions. Prepping the distribution of content to venues via physical media and digital distribution resources.

Coordinated upcoming events for the Advertising Club of San Diego. Live Event producing for events such as the annual San Diego American Advertising Awards show and many more events throughout the year.

Coordinate many elements of the production including casting, location scouts and securing cast and crew. Worked closely with the producer, director, and clients. Managed multiple productions at once.

Creating entertainment for children's birthday parties by providing a service to supply characters who are professional and trained to create a fun party atmosphere. This includes choosing from 23 different stylized parties and characters with fun activities that children will never forget.
