I am a passionate believer in building a strong work force through the development of individuals’ skills to achieve company goals. Throughout my 14 years as a Human Resources manager, I have successfully analyzed gaps in employee knowledge and have planned and implemented methods, such as training programs and workshops, to overcome them.
